Technical
D30 computes A=L−H using remaining effectively active holds at evaluation time; an expired stored-active hold contributes zero. Available may be negative; spendable is max(A,0).
Scope
Real products may include credit facilities, provisional credits and other restrictions; the selected profile grants no overdraft credit.
