Availability time is the earliest evidenced instant at which information was usable by a specified system or decision process.

Information can describe the past and be officially published, yet reach your research database later. Availability time protects the test from using it too early.

Technical

Availability is consumer- and pipeline-specific and requires an owner, evidence source, clock, ingestion boundary, and conservative fallback policy when exact timing is unknown.
